The cost of the monthly scorecard is in the hundreds, not thousands per month. There is no minimum quantity and no fixed terms.
Our goal is to reduce Non-Revenue Water. If no one is using the monthly scorecard, we are adding no benefit to your Water Utility or your customers, so please just inform us and we will stop. We would appreciate any feedback to improve our service.
